After introductory greetings from CIA Puglia and a brief presentation of the participants, the OliveOilMedNet project will be presented by Eirini Sylleli, agronomist and expert from Euricon Consultants. This will be followed by an in-depth presentation by Pasquale Costantino , an expert in certification systems, on the olive oil market and the importance of production differentiation.

The program also includes a Q&A session, short presentations by participants, and a closing session with keynote speakers. The peer-learning format will allow the various stakeholders to share experiences, methodologies, and operational solutions applicable to their respective regions and production systems.

Through this event, CIA Puglia aims to contribute to the European debate on the quality, authenticity, and sustainability of extra virgin olive oil, supporting tools that make the supply chain more transparent and recognizable and combat issues of poor information or unfair competition.
